Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers describes the economics that deal with the structure and behavior of a country as well as the social policies and programs used to encourage growth and reduce poverty; they may also deal with outside financing needs that relate. PRSPs are a participatory process, which involves the society as well as developing partners, prepared by the government. These development partners include the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
